痰热清注射液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染36例临床观察

目的观察痰热清注射液对儿童上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将70例上呼吸道感染的患儿分为2组,治疗组36例,对照组34例。治疗组用以痰热清注射液(10 mL.支-1),按0.25～0.4 mL.kg-1.d-1加入10%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,每日1次;对照组用利巴韦林注射液,按10 mg.kg-1.d-1加入10%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,每日1次,治疗3 d为1个疗程。观察两组患者体温、咳嗽、全身症状及精神食欲的临床变化并进行比较。结果治疗组在使用痰热清注射液24～72 h后显效率为50%,有效率为41.7%,无效率为8.3%;对照组在使用利巴韦林注射液24～72 h后显效率为35.3%,有效率为29.4%,无效率为35.3%。两组比较,差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液具有清热、解毒、止咳、化痰等作用,治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疗效确定,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of 36 Cases of Infantile Upper Respiratory Infection Treated with Tanreqing Injection

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on infantile upper respiratory infection （IU- RI）treated with Tanreqing Injection. Methods Seventy cases of IURI were divided into 2 groups,36 cases in a treatment group and 34 cases in a control group. In the treatment, the intravenous drops of Tanreqing In- jection （ 10 mL · pc ^-1 ） , adding 10% glucose injection at 0.25 - 0.4 mL · kg ^-1 d ^-1 was administered, and once a day. In the control group ,the intravenous drops of Ribavirin Injection, adding 10% glucose injection at 10 mL · kg-1· d-I was administered, and once a day. One session of treatment was 3 days. The clinical changes such as body temperature, cough, general symptoms, spirits and appetite were observed and compared in the patients between the two groups. Results In the treatment,in 24 - 72 h after the intravenous drops of Tanreqing Injection, the remarkably effective rate was 50% , the effective rate was 41.7% and the failure rate was 8.3%. In the control group,in 24 - 72 h after the intravenous drops of Ribavirin Injection,the remark- ably effective rate was 35.3% , the effective rate was 29.4% and the failure rate was 35.3%. The differences were significant statistically in comparison between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tanreqing In- jection acts on clearing heat, detoxification, stopping cough and resolving phlegm. It achieves definite efficacy on IURI and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
