| 摘 要： | 目的研究口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中MMP-2和CyclinD1的表达水平,阐明其在口腔鳞癌发病中的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法对40例口腔鳞癌标本和10例正常对照组标本中MMP-2、CyclinD1的表达量进行检测并比较分析。结果口腔鳞癌组的MMP-2和CyclinD1阳性表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。MMP-2与CyclinD1在口腔鳞癌中的表达与患者的年龄无关(P>0.05);高~中分化患者的MMP-2阳性表达率较高(P<0.01),而低分化患者CyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率较高(P<0.01);临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的患者MMP-2与CyclinD1阳性表达率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的患者(P<0.05或0.01);有淋巴结转移的患者的MMP-2和CyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率均高于无淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05)。MMP-2和CyclinD1的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.56,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和CyclinD1联合检测可作为OSCC早期诊断的指标,为尽早抑制口腔鳞癌侵袭、转移提供帮助。 |
