| 摘 要： | 目的研究FOXP3在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测70例宫颈鳞癌、30例宫颈腺癌及25例宫颈炎组织中FOXP3的表达情况。结果 FOXP3表达于淋巴细胞,定位于细胞核。每高倍视野下宫颈鳞癌及宫颈腺癌的FOXP3+淋巴细胞数分别为(60.03±28.72)及(27.17±14.08),均明显高于宫颈炎的FOXP3+淋巴细胞数(4.64±4.62,P<0.05);宫颈鳞癌的FOXP3+淋巴细胞数亦高于宫颈腺癌(P<0.05)。结论 FOXP3在宫颈癌组织中的表达增高,且在癌组织学分型上也存在明显差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of FOXP3 in the tissues of cervical cancer.Methods An immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of FOXP3 in 70 patients with cervical squamous cell cancer,30 patients with cervical adenocarcinoma and 25 patients with cervicitis.Results The expression of FOXP3 were found in lymphocytes,located in the nucleus.Under high power microscope,the number of FOXP3＋ lymphocytes in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were（60.03±28.72） and（27.17±14.08）,respectively,both were statistically higher than those in cervicitis（4.64±4.62,P〈0.05）;and the number of FOXP3＋ lymphocytes in cervical squamous cell carcinoma were also higher than those in adenocarcinoma（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of FOXP3 increased in the tissues of cervical cancer,and there are significantly different in histological typing of cancer. |
