| 摘 要： | 跟腱断裂治疗中手术疗效好、术后并发症少、操作易于掌握是临床治疗的目标。本组自2004年1月至2008年4月共收治跟腱完全断裂46例，术中均应用跖肌腱编织缝合法或带蒂腓肠肌膜及跟腱反转缝合法治疗，取得良好疗效，现报告如下。
