| 摘 要： | 目的:评价复方溃疡宁纱条治疗下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效及安全性.方法:将52例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各26 例,采用随机、开放、平行对照方法评估复方溃疡宁纱条和贝复剂纱条外敷治疗下肢慢性溃疡的疗效.结果:治疗6 周后,治疗组总有效率92.3%,对照组80.7%,2 组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:复方溃疡宁纱条治疗慢性下肢溃疡疗效优于贝复剂.

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate clinical effects and safety of FuFang KuiYangNing in treating chronic ulcer of leg. Method： 52 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. Curative effects of FuFang KuiYangNing and Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor for External Use （rb-bFGF） in treating chronic ulcer of leg were evaluated by a random, open, parallel and controlled method. Result： After treated for six weeks, total effective rate of treatment group was 92.3%, superior to 80.7% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： FuFang KuiYangNing in treating chronic ulcer of leg is more effective than rb-bFGF. |
