静脉药物配制不当所致用药质量问题分析

目的:探讨因静脉用药配制不当所致的药品质量问题。方法:收集、分析静脉药物配制中出现不溶性微粒、药物间相互作用、溶媒的选择不当、放置时间过长等因素对临床用药质量的影响。结果:静脉药物配制中存在操作不规范、配伍不合理等现象,影响了临床用药质量。结论:静脉药物配制应多方面把握过程中的细节,保证静脉用药质量。

Analysis of Drug-quality Problems Induced by Abused-match of Vein-administration

Objective: To discuss the problems on drug-quality induced by abused-match of vein-administration.Methods: Collection,analysis of problems was done,including insoluble particle,interactions among drugs,non-corrected choice of reagents,and over-long time stored on the influence of the quality of clinical drug administration during matching vein administrated drugs.Results: Non-standard operation and unreasonable drug-match occupied the problems in the process of matching vein administrated drugs,which influenced the quality of clinical drug administration.Conclusions: It is suggested that more details should be paid attentions to in the process of matching vein administrated drugs, which guarantees the quality of the vein administrated drugs.
