腹部手术后胃无力症21例临床分析

目的探讨腹部手术后胃无力症的发病原因、机制、诊断和治疗方法。方法对1993~2005年收治的21例腹部手术后胃无力症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果腹部手术后胃无力症均发生于腹部手术后3~12d,20例经非手术治疗后,3~6周逐渐恢复可正常进食。1例因患者拒绝治疗而死亡。结论腹部手术后胃无力症的病因是多因素的,消化道造影及胃镜检查是诊断胃无力症的主要手段。采用非手术治疗可治愈胃无力症,应尽量避免再手术。

Clinical analysis about 21 gastric atrony after abdominal operation

Objective To explore the cause, diagnosis and treatmentof gastric atrony after abdominal operation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made by 21 cases who had undergone abdominal operation from Jan, 1993 to Jan.2005.Results Gastric atrony usually occurred during 3-12 days postoperative. The gastric function of 20 patients who received non - operative therapy resumed during 3--6 weeks postoperatively. One patient died from giving up treatment for economic reason. Conclusion Gastric atrony is due to multiple factors. Gastroscopy and X - ray of digestive tract are valuadle in the diagnosis of gastric atrony, Gastric atrony can be cured by nonsurgical treatment. Re - operation should be avoided.
