苦参素胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗酒精性肝硬化的临床疗效观察

目的观察苦参素胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片对酒精性肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选取牡丹江医学院第二附属医院2012年10月-2013年4月酒精性肝硬化患者100例，随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（50例）。对照组患者严格戒酒，并给予保肝、退黄及加强营养等对症支持治疗。治疗组患者口服苦参素胶囊0．2g／次，3次／d；口服复方甘草酸苷片50mg／次，3次／d，其他治疗方法同对照组，两组均治疗4周。比较治疗前后患者的肝功能指标、体征及肝纤维化指标的变化情况，同时记录发生不良反应的情况。结果治疗后，治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94％、70％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组患者的肝功能均较治疗前有所好转，且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗后，对照组患者肝纤维化指标较治疗前无明显变化，而治疗组较治疗前明显好转（P〈0．05）。结论苦参素胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片明显改善患者的肝功能，同时能降低肝纤维化指标，具有较好的临床疗效，且安全性较好。

Clinical observation of Kushensu Capsules combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in treatment of alcoholic liver cirrhosis

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Kushensu Capsules combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets （KC-CGT） in treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis. Methods The patients （100 cases） diagnosed with alcoholic liver cirrhosis in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College from October 2012 to April 2013 were randomly divided into treatment （50 cases） and control （50 cases） groups. The patients in the control group were administered with strict temperance, and given the hepatoprotection, declining jaundice, and nutrition supporting treatments. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with KC （0.2 g） and CGT （50 mg） three times daily, and other treatments were the same as the control group. Both two groups were treated for four weeks. The liver function indexes, signs, and liver fibrosis indexes of all patients were compared before and after treatment, and the adverse drug reactions were observed. Results After the treatment, the efficacies in the treatment and control groups were 94% and 70%, respectively, with the significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The liver functions of the two groups were obviously improved than before the treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, liver fibrosis indexes of the patients in the control group had no significant change, while those in the treatment group were significantly improved than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion KC-CGT could improve the liver function of alcoholic liver cirrhosis patients and decrease the liver fibrosis indexes, and the therapeutic effect is reliable and safe in clinic,
