愈疡散治疗胃溃疡82例的临床观察

目的：探讨中西结合愈疡散对胃溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法：将82例患者随机分成中西医结合治疗组和单纯西医治疗组，并对患者进行疗效观察。结果：中西医结合组总有效率及复发率均优于单纯的西医组（P〈0.05）。结论：西医常规干预治疗基础上加用中医治疗能够标本兼治，采用中西医结合愈疡散对治疗胃溃疡是有效的。

Clinical observation of Yuyang powders in the yraotment of 82 cases with gastivc ulcer

Objective：To study the effect of Yuyang powder treating gastric ulcer. Methods： 82 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group, namely 41 patient treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group, 41 patients treated with western medicine group, and observation of curative effect. Results： The total effective rate and recurrence rate inintegrated traditional chinese and western medicine group were better than those in western medicine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yuyang powders are very effective for gastric ulcer treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
