| 摘 要： | 利用数字技术对病案进行管理和应用是医院信息化建设的重要环节。首先,将医院库存的纸质病案和分散在各个信息系统中的电子病历分别采用图文扫描和格式转换技术形成电子病案;其次,建立电子病案系统,实现对电子病案的归档存储、阅读浏览、检索统计和管理维护的计算机网络化操作。
