缺血预处理在脑保护机制中的研究进展

缺血性脑病已成为当今世界严重威胁人民健康和生活质量的疾病之一,致残率很高。到目前为止,仍无有效的治疗方法。探索缺血性脑病的防治方法具有重要意义,近年来的研究发现缺血预处理可以减少梗死面积、保护内皮细胞功能。其中,递质交换的增加,脑代谢率的下调,生长因子对修复的促进都可能有效减轻缺血性脑损伤,改善预后、降低致残率。

Research Progress on the Neuroprotective Effect of Ischemic Preconditioning

Ischemic encephalopathy has become one of the serious diseases that threaten people＇s health and ruined life quality in today＇s world. Until now,there is not effective treatment. It is critical for exploring prevention and treatment method for isehemic encephalopathy. In recent years, studies found that ischemic preconditioning reduces infarct size and protect endothelial cell function. Among them, the increase in the exchange of neurotransmitters,the reduction of cerebral metabolic rate,and repair promotion by growth factor are likely to be effective to reduce ischemic brain damage and improve prognosis, thus reduce disability.
