| 摘 要： | 目的观察咪喹莫特乳膏联合他扎罗汀外用治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法用5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶或单用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣,观察其临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为87.50%,对照组为53.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.84,P<0.05)。结论咪喹莫特乳膏外用联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗扁平疣有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of topical imiquimod combined with tazarotene gel in the treatment of verruca plana.Methods Comparative analysis of its clinical effects of the 5% imiquimod cream combined with 0.05% tazarotene gel or single 5% imiquimod cream in treatment of verruca plana.Results The total effective rate was 87.50% in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 53.85% in control group.The differences between them was statistically significant(χ2=10.84,P<0.05).Conclusion Topical imiquimod cream combined with tazarotene gel has a significant effect in the clinical treatment of verruca plana. |
