| Abstract: | Combining with the practices of guiding the construction of hospital,the author discussed how division authorities carry out their functions and play their roles.These functions included planning,assistance,supervision and evaluation.The roles meant prompting,supporting,normalizing and inspiring.All these actions should greatly promote the comprehensive construction of hospital much better and faster. |
