磁性附着体在下颌全口覆盖义齿中的临床应用

[目的]评价磁性附着体应用于下颌全口覆盖义齿的临床修复效果。[方法]采用Magfit EX-400/600磁性附着体为固位装置对18例患者行下颌全口覆盖义齿修复,进行义齿满意度调查,并对应用磁性附着体后义齿出现的问题进行6～24个月随诊观察。[结果]18例患者对磁性附着体义齿的总体满意度达94.4%,与义齿满意度相关的各项内容的满意度均较磁体粘固前有显著提高。随访中出现2例龈缘炎,1例继发龋,1例基托折裂。基牙松动度有不同程度的改善。[结论]磁性附着体能有效改善下颌全口覆盖义齿的临床修复效果。

Clinical application of mandibular complete overdentures with magnetic attachment
