| 摘 要： | 采用自编慢性肺心病病人吸氧行为问卷调查表,对72例慢性肺心病病人的吸氧不遵医情况进行调查.结果显示慢性肺心病病人吸氧不遵医的主要原因有缺乏氧疗知识、自理能力差、经济困难、感觉不舒适等,并针对病人吸氧不遵医的具体原因提出了相应的护理措施.

| Abstract: | Used self - made questionnaire to investigate the reasons of inhaling oxygen incompliance of 72 patients with chronic cor pulmonale. The results indicated that the main reasons were that patients lacked knowledge of oxygen treatment, self- care ability,economic support and felt uncomfortable and so on. Then according to these reasons, the authour put forward relative nursing measures. |
