参松养心胶囊治疗室性期前收缩56例临床观察

目的：观察参松养心胶囊治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将112例室性期前收缩患者随机分为两组。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组（56例）口服参松养心胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次;对照组（56例）口服心律平每次150 mg,每日3次。2组均治疗4周。结果：心电图改善两组比较差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）;两组临床症状总有效率、显效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组用药后室性早搏数目较用药前明显减少（P〈0.05）;治疗组与对照组比较,用药后室性早搏数目亦有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论：参松养心胶囊治疗室性期前收缩近期疗效确切,无不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Capsule of Shen-song Yang-xin on Premature Ventricualr Con-traction, A Report of 56 Cases

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Capsule of Shen - song Yang - xin on premature ventricualr contraction and its safety. Method： 112 cases with premature ventricualr contraction were divided into two groups. On the found of conventional therapy, 56 cases in treatment group were treated with taking Capsule of Shen - song Yang - xin, 3 capsules each time and 3 times a day. Another 56 cases in control group were treated with taking propafenone, 150mg each time and 3 times a day. One course of treatment included 4 weeks. Result ： There was no significant difference between the two groups on improving electrocardiogram （ P 〉 0.05 ）. But there was significant statistical difference between the two groups on total effective rate and obvious effective rate （P 〈 0.05）. The numbers of premature ventricualr contraction diminished markedly in treatment group after treatment, and the difference was significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Capsule of Shen - song Yangxin has reliable curative effect on premature ventricualr contraction, and there is no adverse effect.
