多普勒超声Tei指数评价心力衰竭患者螺内酯治疗时心功能的变化

目的　通过超声测定左心室 Tei指数评价心力衰竭患者螺内酯治疗时心功能的变化。方法　 10 5例心力衰竭患者随机分为螺内酯组 (5 5例 )和对照组 (5 0例 ) ,治疗前和治疗后 3个月、 6个月时分别用超声测量左心室 Tei指数、左心室射血分数 (L VEF)等指标。结果　治疗 3个月、 6个月时 ,两组 Tei指数、 L VEF、 NYHA心功能分级较治疗前明显改善 (P<0 .0 1) ,螺内酯组比对照组改善更为显著 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　应用 Tei指数对心力衰竭患者心功能进行评价简便、可行 ,心力衰竭患者螺内酯治疗后左心功能改善 ,Tei指数显著减小

Tei Index Evaluation on Cardiac Function in Patients with Heart Failure Treated with Spironolactone

Objective To investigate the role of Tei index in evaluating cardiac function in patients with heart failure treated with spironolactone.Methods One hundred and five patients with heart failure were randomly divided into spironolactone group(n=55) and control group(n=50).Tei index,left ventricular diastolic internal diameter(LVDd),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were detected and enrolled at three and six months with two dimensional and Doppler echocardiography.Results In comparison with the baseline values,there were significant improvements of Tei index,LVDd,LVEF,and NYHA functional classification in two groups after 3 to 6 month' treatment respectively(P<0.01,P<0.01).(2)The improvement of Tei index,LVEF,and NYHA functional classification was more remarkable in spironolactone group than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Spironolactone can effectively improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure.Cardiac function evaluation with Tei index is a simple and feasible method.
