工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷测定方法研究

摘    要:
目的建立工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷气相色谱测定标准方法。方法聚氨酯泡沫塑料采样管采集、溶剂解吸后,用毛细管色谱柱进行分离测定。结果聚氨酯泡沫塑料采样管穿透容量大于2.4mg,解吸效率大于90%,方法回收率为95.4%~100.5%,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为5.1%~7.4%,检出限0.31μg/ml。结论该方法适用于工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷的测定。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a standard gas chromatographic method for determinating acephate in air of workplace.Methods Acephate in the air was collected with polyurethane foamed plastics, desorbed with methanol, separated and determined by capillary GC column.Results The penetrant capacity of polyurethane foamed plastics tube was more than 2.4mg, the desorption efficiency was above 90%, the recoveries of diazepam were 95.4%-100.5%, the relative standard deviation varied from 5.1%-7.4%, the detection limit was 0.31μg/ml.Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of acephate in the air of workplace.
