外科正宗派的中坚人物陈实功

陈实功注重中医基础理论和外科技能的研究 ,从整体出发 ,倡导内、外治并重 ,“使毒外泄为第一要务”的外症思想 ,为纠正当时医界时弊起了积极作用。他内治外症 ,主张辨证寒热虚实 ,判定提纲挈领的消、托、补三法 ,尤善托、补 ,并重视脾胃之调理 ;外治外症 ,融会历代医家外治法且多有创新 ,尤其在刀针手术上 ,为后人提供了信而有效的方法 ,形成了中医外科史上第一大学派———正宗派。

The Necleus in Orthodox School of Surgical Field--Chen Shigong

Chen Shigong paid more attention to both the basic theory of TCM and surgical skills. He rooted on holistic point of view, advoted that internal and external treatment are equally important, that "the important thing is to get rid of poison", which had a positive effect on correcting medical malpractice. He cured surgical symptoms through internal ways, maintained that the three methods of elimating, expelling and supplement should be determined through differentiating and analysing cold, heat, deficiency and excess. He was especially skilled in expelling and supplement and stressed on adjusting spleen and stomach. While if he cured surgical symptoms through surgical ways, he would combine all the surgical skills of surgeons of past ages and then work out new methods, especially in accupunctural operations, which had provided reliable and effective methods to new learners. All in all with his great achievements and contributions, he established his greatest oxthodox school in the history of TCM.
