| 摘 要： | 目的：应用按扣式精密附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损,评价其临床修复效果。方法：采用Ceka按扣式附着体,为69例游离端牙列缺损患者制作69件精密附着体义齿,观察修复效果。结果：随访1-7年,88%以上患者感觉义齿美观、舒适、固位稳定性好、易适应、咀嚼功能好。未见基牙松动,仅有1颗基牙发生根尖周炎,2颗基牙出现颈部继发龋。结论：Ceka按扣式附着体义齿用于游离端牙列缺损修复,效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of distal extensive dentures with CEKA attachments.Method: 69 pieces of distal extensive dentures with CEKA attachments were made for 69 patients.Result: The patients with CEKA attachment prostheses were followed up for 1 to 7 years.More than 88% patients felt comfortable,adaptive,aesthetics and fine retention.No abutment loosed during the observed period.The disease of root tip and absorption of alveolar bone occur in 1 abutment.Two abutments had cervical caries.... |
