功能大体评定对12项一般健康问卷假阳性和假阴性的影响分析

目的评估浙江省精神疾病流行病学调查中功能大体评定(Global Assessment of Functioning Scale,GAF)对12项一般健康问卷(12-item General Health Questionnaire,GHQ-12)假阳性和假阴性的影响。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样在全省共抽取15000人,分析其中的10%质控被测(共1510人),以GHQ-12假阳性或假阴性为结果因素,GAF≤80分为暴露因素、人口学指标、自评健康和求助状况为协变量,进行常规和复杂抽样Logistic回归分析。结果经过系列控制人口学指标、自评健康和求助状况以及抽样设计因素后,GAF≤80分与GHQ-12假阳性持续并中等程度地相关[Odds Ratio(OR)=0.35,95%CI:0.19～0.64,P0.001],与GHQ-12假阴性率持续并强相关(OR=10.81,95%CI:6.45～18.11,P0.001)。结论GAF≤80分是影响GHQ-12假阳性和假阴性的一个重要指标,且对假阴性影响大于假阳性。本结果可能为今后以GHQ-12为筛选工具的研究提供参考。

Analysis on the Associations of Global Assessment of Function Scale with False Positive and Negative of the 12-item General Health Questionnaire
