| 摘 要： | 黑热病的误诊率非常高,误诊原因复杂。该文通过复习相关文献,结合该院新近诊断的2例黑热病的诊断体会及患者的骨髓象特点,对黑热病的误诊情况进行分析,提出黑热病与常见误诊疾病的鉴别方法,以期降低黑热病的误诊率。

| Abstract: | Kala azar(Visceral Leishmaniasis) was usually subject to misdiagnosis due to various reasons.We reviewed the medical literatures and our practice of the two cases on Visceral Leishmaniasis,summarized its morphologic features and misdiagnosed reasons,provided some method of distinguishing Visceral Leishmaniasis from misdiagnosing diseases,and hoped to reduce its misdiagnosis rate. |
