摘    要:目的:通过原子荧光光谱法测定桑蝉止咳方中甘草中砷和汞的含量。方法:采用微波消解样品,通过原子荧光光谱法测定。结果:桑蝉止咳方中甘草砷含量为0.3857mg/kg;汞含量为5.8274μg/kg。符合中国药典2010版一部甘草项下的规定。对于所测元素标准曲线相关系数r>0.9997,加标回收率为99.5%~102.8%,RSD≤2.2%.结论:使用原子荧光光谱法进行重金属的测量成本低廉,快速简便,方法准确且灵敏度较高。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the method for determination of two kinds of heavy metals ( As, Hg) in Glycyrrhiza of Sang Chart Zhi Ke Fang by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). Methods: Microwave digestion and determination by AFS. Results: The content of As is 0. 3857mg/Kg; The content of Hg is 5. 8274 μg/Kg. Accord with the chinese pharmacopoeia under the provisions of Glycyrrhiza. The correlative coeffi- cient of the calibration curves was over 0. 9997, the recovery was 99.5% - 102. 8%, RSD≤〈2.2%. Conclusion: The method is quick , convenient , acquired accurate and highly sensitive.
