| 摘 要： | 目的 对输血患者进行不规则抗体筛查,避免溶血性输血性反应的发生.方法 采用微柱凝胶试验检测不规则抗体.结果 15,922例患者中检出不规则抗体80例,阳性率0.5%,Rh系统占抗体阳性构成的80%.结论 输血前应筛查不规则抗体,保障输血安全.

| Abstract: | Objective To test blood transfusion in patients with irregular antibody screening.Method We used microcolumn gel to screen irregular antibody.Results 80 cases of irregular antibodies were detected in 15,922 cases,positive rate of 0.5%,Rh system,accounting for 80% of antibody-positive form.Conclusion Irregular antibody screening before blood transfusion should be used to ensure safety protection in blood transfusion. |
