| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血清尿酸（SUA）水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）的关系。方法：2008年9月~2010年11月我院老年病门诊272例T2DM患者,其中男性191例,女性81例,按SUA水平分为高血尿酸组（167例）及正常血尿酸组（105例）。分别测定两组颈动脉IMT。结果：高血尿酸组颈动脉IMT明显高于正常血尿酸组[（1.31±0.51）mm∶（1.01±0.59）mm];相关分析显示,两组患者SUA水平与颈动脉IMT、CRP均呈正相关（r=0.24,P〈0.01;r=0.32,P〈0.01）。结论：老年2型糖尿病患者随着血尿酸水平升高,颈动脉内膜中层厚度亦增加,控制血尿酸水平可能有助于防治糖尿病大血管并发症。
