门诊输液不良反应的观察及对策

目的：通过对897例门诊输液病人的观察，了解常见的输液不良反应以及引起不良反应的常用药物，在工作中有针对性的采取护理措施，缓解病人的不良反应，减轻病人的痛苦，提高护理质量。方法：对2010年10～12月在我院门诊输液的病人897人进行观察并记录，对收集的资料进行整理分析。结果：有155例发生不同的输液不良反应，其中疼痛80例，占51．6％，静脉炎5例，占3．2％，局部肿胀10例，占6．5％，药物反应60例，占38．7％。结果：经过适当的护理干预，各种症状改善，减轻了病人的痛苦，保护了血管，减少了并发症，提高了护理质量。

Outpatient infusion nursing and observation of adverse drug reactions

Objective： 897 cases observations of outpatients, common adverse transfusion reactions, and adverse reactions caused by drugs, nursing care measures are focused on the job and relieve the patient＇s adverse effects, alleviate the suffering of patients, improving the quality of care. Methods： 2010 10 - -12 months of patients in hospital outpatient infusion 897 were observed and recor- ded, analysed the information collected. Results： 155 have different adverse transfusion reactions occur, with 80 cases, 51. 6%, phlebitis, 5 cases, 3.2%, local swelling, 10 cases, 6.5%, drug reactions, 60 cases, 38. 7%. Conclusion： after the appropriate nursing interventions, improvement of various symptoms, and alleviate the suffering of patients, protecting blood vessels, reducing the complications and improves quality of care.
