| 摘 要： | 目的：观察鲑鱼降钙素联合维D钙咀嚼片治疗绝经后骨质疏松性腰背痛的临床疗效及治疗前后骨密度变化。方法：应用鲑鱼降钙素及联合维D钙咀嚼片治疗261例绝经后骨质疏松患者腰背疼痛6个月，同期197例患者仅连续口服碳酸钙片及吲哚美辛片6个月做对照，观察两组治疗前后患者腰背部疼痛的改善情况（VAS 评分） 及腰椎、髋部骨密度变化。结果：鲑鱼降钙素治疗组VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）,且随治疗时间延长，VAS评分下降更加明显；腰椎及股骨颈骨密度增加高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：鲑鱼降钙素联合联合维D钙咀嚼片能明显改善绝经后骨质疏松性腰背痛。
