| 摘 要： | 取新鲜人喉标本,对环杓后肌进行纵切片,应用银浸法研究其运动神经终末的形态特点。发现环杓后肌与四肢肌不同,除肌纤维纤细、排列比较松散外,运动终板数量较多,形态多姿,排成波纹状终板带。本研究为临床喉科研究环杓后肌的电位活动和病理提供有力的形态学参考。 |

| Abstract: | The fresh posterior crico-arytenoid muscle of human larynx is taken in the research to find the morphological features of motor end-plates. And the silver-staining method is used to deal with the longitudinal frozen sections. Apart from the thinner muscular fibers and its looser range, more moter endplates and various shapes are found, which are different from the extremity muscles. The moter end-plates are situated approximately mid-way between the two insertion points of the muscles, and arranged in a raw in "motor region". Our research just offer a help in morphology for the physiological and pathological studies of the posterior crico-arytenoid muscles. |
