摘 要: | 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定雄芍颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:230 nm。结果:芍药苷在0.107 8~2.156 0μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 7);平均回收率为99.26%,RSD为2.06%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于雄芍颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract: | Objective: To determine Paeoniflorin in Xiongshao Granule by HPLC. Method: HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of Paeoniflorin in the sample. The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm) column with a mixture of acetonitrile 0. 1% phosphoric acid ( 14:86) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Result: The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0. 107 8 -2. 156 0 μg ( r = 0. 999 7 ), the average recovery was 99.26%, RSD = 2. 06% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable, good reproductive and could be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Xiongshao granule. |
