太极拳步法联合Prokin平衡训练仪对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能障碍的影响

摘    要:目的:观察并探讨太极拳步法联合平衡仪反馈训练(Prokin平衡训练系统)对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能障碍的影响。方法:40例脑卒中患者分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规康复训练方法,治疗组在此基础上加用太极拳步法配合使用Prokin平衡训练仪进行康复治疗;两组均于治疗6周前后采用Fugl-Meyer平衡量表、Berg平衡量表和A.T.E.本体感觉指数差异平均值评估。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,患者的FMB值、BBS值和A.T.E指数的改善程度较对照组显著,其改善值差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:常规康复训练配合太极拳步法联合平衡仪反馈训练可较好地改善恢复期脑卒中偏瘫患者的平衡功能、本体感觉和日常生活活动能力,优于单纯常规康复训练的患者。

Effect of Tai Chi Quan Footwork Combined with ProKin Balancing Apparatus on Balance Dysfunction of Patients with Hemiplegia due to Cerebral Stroke

Abstract:Objective : To observe and discuss the effect of feedback training of tai chi quan footwork combined with balancing apparatus ( ProKin balance training system ) on balance dysfunction of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral stroke. Methods :40 patients with cerebral stroke were divided into two groups: the treating group and control group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training; on this basis, the treatment group was added with tai chi quan footwork combined with ProKin balancing apparatus for rehabilitation treatment; all patients in'two groups were assessed at the time of 6 weeks before and after treatment by the balance subscale of the Fugl-Meyer test( FMB), Berg Balance Scale( BBS), and Average Trace Error( A. T. E ) . Results:After rehabilitation treatment, compared the treatment group with the control group, the degree of improvement of FMB val- ue,BBS value and A. T. E index of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group, the difference of improving values has statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The routine rehabilitation training integrate with the feedback training of tai chi quan footwork combined with balancing apparatus, which can significantly improve the balance function, the proprioception and the activities of daily living of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral stroke during the convalescent stage, and is better than mere routine rehabilitation training.
