特发性面神经麻痹治疗的探讨

目的　基于面神经营养血管痉挛参与特发性面神经麻痹发病机制的概念 ,将以改善微循环为主并用激素疗法与传统的单纯激素疗法进行对比研究 ,观察两种疗法疗效的差异。方法　将特发性面神经麻痹患者 1 1 2例分为 A、B组。A组 5 9例 ,为单纯激素疗法组 ;B组 5 3例 ,为以改善微循环为主并用小剂量激素疗法组。两组间性别、年龄相匹配。于治疗后 3 0 d分别统计两组的有效率、显效率、痊愈率、总有效率及无效率 ,并进行比较分析。结果　B组显效率、痊愈率和总有效率均显著高于 A组 ,无效率显著低于 A组。结论　提示以改善微循环为主并用激素疗法优于传统的单纯激素疗法 ,并有进一步研究意义。

Exploring the Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis

Objective To contrast the effect of idiopathic facial paralysis with new method by improving microcirculation to the effect with traditional method by using steroid, depending on the theory that the mechanism of idiopathic facial paralysis is the spasm of nutritional vessel of facial nerve. Methods 112 patients were divided into A and B group. Group A was treated with steroid alone. Group B treated by improving microcirculation with low doses steroid for 30 days. Statistical tests were performed on the rate of improving, rate cura- tiva, total efficiency rate and inefficiency. Results The rate significant of improving, rate curativa, and total efficiency rate of group B were lower than that of group A. Conclusions The new method by improving microcirculation was more effective than traditional method by using steroid.
