| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者肝脏炎症活动度与肝组织HBcAg表达的相关性。方法：随机选择102例慢性乙型肝炎患者，肝穿刺活检，行HE染色及免疫组化染色，光镜观察肝脏炎症活动度与肝组织HBcAg各亚型表达的关系。结果：随慢性乙型肝炎患者肝脏炎症活动度的增加，各亚型HBcAg阳性率差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者肝脏炎症活动度与肝组织HBcAg免疫组化阳性亚型有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on the relationship of the inflammation activity in the liver tissue and expressive of HBcAg by immunochemistry of the patients with chronic hepatits B.Methods: One hundred and two case patients with chronic hepatits B collected by random sampling were examined the liver tissues inflammation activity and HBcAg by immunochemistry with pathological methods.Results: Each HBcAg subtype positive rate is evident difference when the inflammation activity in the liver tissues is increasing (P<0.05). Conclusion: The result showed that the positive rate of diversified subtype of HBcAg were correlated with the liver inflammation activity in the patients with chronic hepatitis B. |
