交锁髓内钉固定与加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折的价值体会

目的:研究胫骨骨折患者实施交锁髓内钉固定、加压钢板内固定治疗的价值。方法:纳入某院(2017年1月~2019年1月)接收的胫骨骨折患者(n=60)作为研究对象,以硬币投掷法为基准,分为实验组(n=30,实施交锁髓内钉固定治疗)和对照组(n=30,实施加压钢板内固定治疗),对60例患者骨折愈合情况、下床活动时间、膝关节功能评分评估。结果:实验组骨折愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组下床活动时间低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胫骨骨折患者实施交锁髓内钉固定治疗的价值显著,既可缩短下床活动时间,又可改善膝关节功能评分,值得借鉴。

Value of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail Fixation and Compression Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Tibiofibular Fracture

Objective:To study the value of interlocking intramedullary nailing and compression plate internal fixation in patients with tibial fracture. Methods:Patients with tibiofibular fractures(n=60) treated in a hospital from January 2017 to February 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into experimental group(n=30, implementing the interlocking intramedullary nail fixation treatment) and control group(n=30, implementing compression plate internal fixation treatment) according to the coin-throwing method.The fracture healing, time to get out of bed, knee function score of 60 patients were evaluated. Results: The fracture healing of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The time of getting out of bed in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The knee joint function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The value of interlocking intramedullary nailing in patients with tibiofibular fractures is significant, which can shorten the time of getting out of bed and improve the knee function score,and is worthy ofreference.
