珠海地区女性生殖道白色念珠菌感染发生情况及其影响因素分析

目的:探讨珠海地区女性生殖道白色念珠菌感染发生情况及其影响因素。方法:选择2016年12月某院体检中心到某区开展妇科普查的妇女184例进行研究。患者经取样对阴道分泌物进行培养鉴定,采用自制一般情况调查表对患者进行调查。单因素分析采用χ2检验,多因素分析采用Logistic分析。结果:184例患者中共97例被确诊为白色念珠菌感染,感染率为52.71%。单因素分析结果显示,患者年龄、久坐不动、情绪状况、非经期使用护垫、穿紧身衣频率不同会导致白色念珠菌感染率有显著性差异(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示久坐不动、非经期使用护垫及穿紧身衣频率过高均为白色念珠菌感染的独立性危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:珠海地区女性生殖道白色念珠菌感染发生率较高,该病发生与久坐不动、非经期使用护垫及穿紧身衣频率过高有关。

Analysis of the Occurrence and Influence Factors of Candida Albicans Infection in Female Genital Tract in Zhuhai District

Objective:To investigate the incidence and influence factors of candida albicans infection in female genital tract in Zhuhai district.Methods:A total of 184 women from a physical examination center of a hospital who underwent gynaecological census in a district in December 2016 were selected for research.The vaginal secretions of the patients were cultured and identified by sampling,and the patients were investigated by self-made general situation questionnaire.Chi-square test was used in univariate analysis and Logistic analysis was used in multivariate analysis.Results:A total of 97 out of 184 patients were diagnosed with candida albicans infection,with an infection rate of 52.71%.Univariate analysis showed that the differences of patients with age,sedentary,emotional status,non-menstrual using pads,frequency of wearing tights will cause the candida albicans infection rate to have the significant difference(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that sedentary,non-menstrual using pads and high frequency of wearing tights were independent risk factors for candida albicans infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of candida albicans infection in female reproductive tract in Zhuhai is high,which is related to sedentary,non-menstrual use of pads and high frequency of wearing tights.
