瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能影响分析

目的:分析瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能影响。方法:选取某院2018年1月~2019年5月CHF患者94例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各47例,对照组予以瑞舒伐他汀治疗,研究组予以瑞舒伐他汀、曲美他嗪联合治疗,对比两组疗效、治疗前后心功能指标左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)]变化。结果:两组总有效率对比,研究组91.49%(43/47)高于对照组74.47%(35/47),P<0.05;治疗后研究组LVEF、LVFS大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀、曲美他嗪联合治疗CHF效果显著,可明显改善心功能。

Analysisthe Effect of Rosuvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine on Cardiac Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To analyze the effect of rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:94 patients with CHF in a hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(47 cases)and research group(47 cases),the control group was treated with rosuvastatin,and the study group was treated with rosuvastatin and trimetazidine,the efficacy and cardiac function indicatorsleft ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular short axis shortening rate(LVFS)]of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the study group was 91.49%(43/47)higher than the control group at 74.47%(35/47,P<0.05);After treatment,the LVEF and LVFS in the study group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of rosuvastatin and trimetazidine in the treatment of CHF has a significant effect and can significantly improve cardiac function.
