急性上消化道出血患者应用注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶联合奥美拉唑钠疗法对预后的影响观察

目的:探讨急性上消化道出血患者应用注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶联合奥美拉唑钠疗法的临床疗效。方法:选取某院2015年1月~2018年3月期间收治的急性上消化道出血患者98例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组49例。对照组给予奥美拉唑钠与酚磺乙胺治疗,治疗组给予注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶联合奥美拉唑钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率97.96%明显高于对照组85.71%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血红蛋白明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶联合奥美拉唑钠疗法治疗急性上消化道出血效果良好。

Effects of Injection of Agkistrodon Snake Venom Hemocoagulase Combined with Omeprazole Sodium on Prognosis in Patients with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of injection of Agkistrodon snake venom hemocoagulase combined with omeprazole sodium in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:98 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 49 cases in each group.Control group was given omeprazole sodium and etamsylate,and treatment group was given injection of Agkistrodon snake venom hemocoagulase combined with omeprazole sodium.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(97.96%vs 85.71%).The hemoglobin in treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Injection of Agkistrodon snake venom hemocoagulase combined with omeprazole sodium therapy has good effects in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
