微创拔牙法治疗儿童埋伏多生牙的疗效及安全性分析

摘    要:目的:研究微创拔牙法治疗儿童埋伏多生牙的疗效及安全性分析。方法:选取某院埋伏多生牙患儿94例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47,患牙47颗)和研究组(n=47,患牙47颗)。对照组采用传统拔牙法治疗,研究组采用微创拔牙法治疗,对比两组手术时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后邻牙损伤、软组织肿胀、疼痛、上颌窦或鼻腔交通发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微创拔牙法治疗儿童埋伏多生牙能有效缩短手术时间,降低术后并发症发生率。

Abstract:Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive extraction in the treatment of children with ambushed multiple teeth.Methods:A total of 94 children with ambushed multiple teeth in a hospital were enrolled and divided into control group(n=47,47 teeth)and study group(n=47,47 teeth)by random table method.The control group was treated with traditional extraction method,and the study group was treated with minimally invasive extraction.The operation time and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adjacent tooth injury,soft tissue swelling,pain,maxillary sinus or nasal traffic was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive extraction of children with ambushed multiple teeth can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
