加味真武汤对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果观察

目的:探讨加味真武汤对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法:抽取某院2016年5月~2018年5月期间诊疗的100例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者,以随机数字表法的形式将患者划为A组、B组各50例。A组患者使用西医对症救治,B组患者则是在西医对症救治的前提下,联合加味真武汤救治,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:A组患者治疗总有效率为90.00%,B组患者治疗总有效率为100.00%,两组患者各数据比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者BNP、LVEF、CRP指标显著优于A组,两组患者各数据比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径数据相似(P>0.05),但治疗后A组患者左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径略差于B组,两组患者各数据比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者,加味真武汤的使用,不仅可增强患者治疗总有效率,还可改善其心功能指标及左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径,值得推广。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Modified Zhenwu Decoction in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Due to Yang Deficiency and Water Genericity

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Zhenwu decoction in patients with chronic heart failure due to Yang deficiency and water genericity. Methods:100 patients with chronic heart failure due to Yang deficiency and water genericity treated in a hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected, and the patients were divided into group A(n=50) and group B(n=50) in the form of random number table. Patients in group A received symptomatic treatment by western medicine, while patients in group B received the combined treatment of modified Zhenwu decoction under the premise of symptomatic treatment by western medicine, and the therapeutic effect of patients in the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in group A was 90.00%, and that in group B was 100.00%. There was statistical significance in the data comparison between the two groups(P<0.05). The indexes of BNP, LVEF and CRP in group B were significantly better than those in group A, there was statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05). Before treatment, the internal diameter of left ventricular diastolic end and left ventricular contraction were similar(P>0.05), but after treatment, the left ventricular diastolic upper diameter and left ventricular systolic inner diameter of group A patients were slightly worse than Group B, with statistical significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with hronic heart failure due to Yang deficiency and water genericity, the use of modified Zhenwu decoction can not only enhance the total efficiency of treatment, but also improve the cardiac function index, left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter, which is worthy of promotion.
