鳞状细胞癌抗原与ⅠB1~ⅡB期宫颈鳞癌患者临床病理特征的相关性分析

目的:探索鳞状细胞癌抗原与ⅠB1~ⅡB期宫颈鳞癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。方法:收集某院2016年5月~2017年5月ⅠB1~ⅡB期宫颈鳞癌患者128例,进行SCCAg与宫颈鳞癌患者临床病理特征及预后影响因素的单因素和多因素分析。结果:治疗前血清SCCAg滴度升高与肿瘤直径大小、盆腔淋巴结转移、深肌层浸润显著相关(P<0.05);SCCAg滴度正常并且盆腔淋巴结无转移患者与SCCAg滴度升高并且盆腔淋巴结无转移患者比较,其5年累积无瘤生存率、复发率均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:SCCAg滴度升高并且盆腔淋巴结无转移患者的复发风险显著提高。

Correlation Analysis of Clinical Pathological Characteristicsof Patients with Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen and Ⅰ B1～Ⅱ B Stage Cervical Squamous Carcinoma

Objective:To explore the correlation of clinical pathological characteristics of patients with squamous cell carcinoma antigen andⅠB1~ⅡB stage cervical squamous carcinoma.Methods:A total of 128 patients withⅠB1~ⅡB stage cervical squamous carcinoma in a hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were collected.Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed on the clinic pathological characteristics and prognostic factors of SCCAg and cervical squamous carcinoma.Results:The increase of serum SCCAg titer before treatment was significantly correlated with tumor diameter and size,pelvic lymph node metastasis,and deep muscle infiltration(P<0.05).Compared the patients with normal SCCAg titer without pelvic lymph node metastasis and patients with increased SCCAg titer without pelvic lymph node metastasis,the 5-year cumulative tumor-free survival rate and recurrence rate were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with increased SCCAg titer and no pelvic lymph node metastasis had a significantly increased risk of recurrence.
