孕前优生检查中促甲状腺激素检测的应用价值分析

目的:分析孕前优生检查中促甲状腺激素(TSH)检测的应用价值。方法:抽选某院2017年3月~2018年3月行孕前优生检查的121例计划妊娠妇女做回顾性分析,对所有受检者行TSH检测,记录TSH检查结果,观察妊娠结局,分析TSH检查意义。结果:本研究121例孕前优生检查妇女中,甲状腺功能异常者12例,异常率9.92%(12/121),其中亚临床甲减7例(5.79%),甲亢者5例(4.13%);12例甲状腺功能异常者中不良妊娠发生率明显高于正常者(P<0.05)。结论:加强孕前优生检查中TSH检查可准确检测育龄女性TSH水平,控制生育风险,减少不良妊娠发生率,显著促进优生优育进程。

Application Value Analysis of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone in Pre-pregnancy Eugenics Examination

Objective:To analyze the application value of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) in pre-pregnancy eugenics examination. Methods:121 cases of pregnant women who underwent pre-pregnancy eugenics examination in a hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as research objects,and all patients were given the TSH detection,then the results of TSH were recorded, the pregnancy outcome was observed and the significance of TSH exaninationwas analyzed.Results: In this study, 12 cases of 121 pre-pregnancy eugenics examination women with abnormal thyroid function were examined,and the abnormal rate was 9.92%(12/121), including 7 cases of subclinical hypothyroidism(5.79%) and 5 cases of hyperthyroidism(4.13%).The incidence of adverse pregnancy in 12 patients with thyroid dysfunction was significantly higher than that in normal subjects(P<0.05). Conclusion:Strengthening the TSH examination in pre-pregnancy eugenics examination can accurately detect the TSH level of women of childbearing age, control the risk of fertility, reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy, and significantly promote the process of eugenics.
