间苯三酚与硫酸镁治疗先兆流产临床效果的比较及对患者睡眠质量影响分析

目的:探讨间苯三酚与硫酸镁治疗先兆流产临床效果的比较及对患者睡眠质量影响分析.方法:选取2017年8月至2019年8月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的先兆流产妇女患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例.2组孕妇均给与维生素E等药物常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予患者间苯三酚治疗措施,对照组给予硫酸镁治疗措施.比较2组患者治疗效果及睡眠质量的影响.结果:观察组治疗有效率(83.33%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PSQI评分(8.56±0.88)分低于对照组(8.56±0.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:间苯三酚相较于硫酸镁在治疗先兆流产患者临床效果以及睡眠质量均处于优势,值得临床推广.

Comparison of Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Threatened Abortion with Mesophenol and Magnesium Sulfate and its Effect on Sleep Quality of Patients

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of mesophenol and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods:A total of 96 women with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were reviewed and analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random sampling method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups of pregnant women were given routine treatment with vitamin E and other drugs.On the basis of this,the observation group gave the patients phenol,while the control group gave the treatment of magnesium sulfate.The effects of treatment and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency of the observation group(83.33%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI of the observation group(8.56±0.88)was lower than that of the control group(8.56±0.88)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phloroglucinol is superior to magnesium sulfate in the treatment of threatened abortion and sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
