依那普利叶酸片辅治H型高血压致急性脑梗死患者及对NIHSS评分影响分析

目的:研讨依那普利叶酸片辅治H型高血压致急性脑梗死患者及对NIHSS评分影响。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年6月间在某院救治的90例H型高血压致急性脑梗死患者,各随机抽取45例,设为研究和对照两组,选用瑞舒伐他汀和硝苯地平缓释片治疗的为对照组,在对照组的基础上辅以依那普利叶酸片治疗的为研究组,比较两组MDA、SOD、NO、ET、HCY水平以及NIHSS评分。结果:研究组患者的MDA水平比对照组低、SOD水平比对照组高,NO水平比对照组高、ET水平比对照组低, HCY水平和NIHSS评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:对H型高血压致急性脑梗死患者辅以依那普利叶酸片治疗能明显提高治疗效果,加快患者神经功能的恢复。

Effect of Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction Caused by H-type Hypertension and Its Influence on NIHSS Score

Objective:To investigate the effect of enalapril folic acid tablets on patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by H-type hypertension and their influence on NIHSS score. Methods:A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by H-type hypertension who were treated in a hospital from June 20 to June 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with resuvastatin and nifedipine sustained-release tablets. The patients in the study group were treated with enalapril folic acid tablets based on the control group. The MDA, SOD, NO, ET, HCY levels and NIHSS scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The MDA level of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the SOD level was higher than that of the control group. The NO level was higher than that of the control group, the ET level was lower than the control group, and the HCY level and NIHSS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by type H hypertension supplemented with enalapril folic acid tablets can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and accelerate the recovery of neurological function.
