右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入麻醉对黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者术后苏醒质量的影响

目的:探讨七氟烷吸入麻醉联合右美托咪定静脉泵注对黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者术后苏醒质量的影响。方法:随机将2016年6月~2018年10月治疗子宫肌瘤的76例患者分为两组,A组采用七氟烷吸入麻醉,B组在A组的麻醉基础上采用右美托咪定麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果。结果:B组患者拔管时间、苏醒时间明显短于A组,镇静有效率明显高于A组,不良反应发生率则明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者采用右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入麻醉,能有效缩短患者的拔管时间,加快患者术后苏醒时间,且镇痛效果较好,麻醉安全性更高。

Effect of Dexmedetomidine Intravenous Infusion Combined with Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia on Postoperative Recovery Quality in Patients with Submucosal Uterine Fibroids

Objective:To discuss the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion on postoperative recovery quality in patients with submucosal uterine fibroids.Methods:76 patients with uterine fibroids treated from June 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A received sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and group B received dexmedetomidine anesthesia on the basis of group A.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The extubation time and recovery time of group B were significantly shorter than those of group A,and the analgesic efficacy was significantly higher than that of group A,while the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia can effectively shorten the extubation time of patients with submucosal uterine fibroids,speed up the recovery of patients,and the analgesic effect is better,anesthesia safety is higher.
