中西医结合治疗ICU脓毒症患者肠功能障碍102例分析

目的:探明中西医结合的治疗方式对ICU脓毒症肠功能障碍病患的意义和临床上的应用价值。方法:选取102例某院于2017年1月~2018年4月期间收治的ICU脓毒症肠功能障碍病患,将研究对象均分为研究组和对照组,分别给予常规西医治疗、中西医结合治疗,观察指标主要有肠鸣音的改善情况、肠功能障碍评分,并进行两组结果的差异对比。结果:对比结果发现,研究组肠鸣音得到改善例数和百分比高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义;治疗后,两组的肠功能障碍评分均下降,但研究组的下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗脓毒症肠功能障碍病患的治疗效果好,可显著治疗病患的病情,值得在临床上推广。

Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Intestinal Dysfunction in 102 Patients with Sepsis in ICU

Objective:To explore the significance and clinical application value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of intestinal dysfunction caused by sepsis in ICU.Methods:A total of 102 patients with sepsis and intestinal dysfunction admitted to the ICU from January 2017 to April 2018 in a hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into study group and control group,respectively receiving conventional western medicine treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Observation indicators mainly include:improvement of bowel sounds,intestinal dysfunction score,and the difference between the two groups was compared.Results:The number and percentage of improvement of bowel sounds in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);And the intestinal dysfunction scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,but the decrease in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of intestinal dysfunction patients with sepsis has a good therapeutic effect and can significantly treat the patients'conditions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
