纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗辅助治疗重症肺炎中的有效性

目的:探讨纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗辅助治疗重症肺炎中的有效性。方法:选取2016年6月~2018年6月某院收治的重症肺炎患者共计120例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对比组各60例,对比组实施常规治疗,研究组实施纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗辅助治疗,对比分析两组患者动脉血气指标和治疗效果。结果:两组患者的PaO 2、SpO 2、PaCO 2等动脉血气指标间对比差异显著,组间对比具统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对比组,组间对比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗辅助治疗重症肺炎患者的有效性显著,应用价值较高。

Effectiveness of Bronchoalveolar Lavage under Fiberoptic Bronchoscope in the Adjuvant Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscope in the adjuvant treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to a hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the study group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with bronchoscopy microscopic bronchoalveolar lavage adjuvant therapy.The arterial blood gas index and therapeutic effect were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in arterial blood gas indexes such as PaO 2,SpO 2 and PaCO 2 between the two groups,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoalveolar lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscope is effective in the adjuvant treatment of severe pneumonia,and has high application value.
