应用双蒂“风筝”皮瓣修复鼻唇沟旁皮肤缺损

目的探讨应用双蒂"风筝"皮下蒂皮瓣修复鼻唇沟旁肿物切除后皮肤缺损的方法及效果。方法在局部麻醉下完整切除鼻唇沟旁皮肤肿物,沿鼻唇沟走行方向设计以皮瓣两侧皮下组织为蒂的"风筝"皮瓣,推进修复皮肤缺损。结果本组共15例患者。术后皮瓣均成活较好。随访6~24个月,术区外观较满意,瘢痕不明显。结论采用双蒂"风筝"皮瓣修复鼻唇沟旁皮肤缺损是较理想的手术方法;掌握"风筝"皮瓣的手术要点,可进一步提升手术效果。

Application of double pedicle kite flap in the repair of skin defects beside the nasolabial fold

Objective To explore the method and efficacy of double pedicle kite flap in the repair of skin defects beside the nasolabial fold after tumor resection. Methods The skin tumor beside the nasolabial fold was completely resected under local anesthesia. The kite flap was designed along the direction of nasolabial fold. The subcutaneous tissue on both sides of the flap was used as the pedicle to produce the flap. The flap was advanced to repair the defects. Results A total of 15 patients involved in this study. All patients were followed-up from 6 to 24 months, the flaps were survived well and the appearance was satisfactory. The scar was not obvious.Conclusion Double pedicle kite flap was an ideal method to repair the skin defects beside the nasolabial fold. The surgical efficacy could be further improved after mastery of the operation points of kite flap.
