恩替卡韦与谷胱甘肽联合2HRZE/4HR方案治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并肺结核患者的临床疗效

目的:探讨恩替卡韦与谷胱甘肽联合2HRZE/4HR方案在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)合并肺结核(PTB)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取某院CHB合并PTB患者92例(2016年1月~2019年6月),依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各46例。对照组采用2HRZE/4HR方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用恩替卡韦与谷胱甘肽治疗,比较两组病灶吸收率、痰菌转阴率、治疗前后肝功能[谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)]。结果:观察组病灶吸收率、痰菌转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组AST、ALT低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦与谷胱甘肽联合2HRZE/4HR方案治疗CHB合并PTB患者,可提高病灶吸收率、痰菌转阴率,减轻肝功能损伤。

Clinical Efficacy of Entecavir and Glutathione Combined with 2HRZE/4HR Regimen in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients with Tuberculosis

Objective:To investigate the effect of entecavir and glutathione combined with 2 HRZE/4 HR regimen in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB) and pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB). Methods:92 patients with CHB and PTB in a hospital(from January 2016 to June 2019) were selected and divided according to the random number table, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 2 HRZE/4 HR regimen, and the observation group was treated with entecavir and glutathione on the basis of the control group. The absorption rate of focus, the negative rate of sputum bacteria and the liver function(AST, ALT) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The lesion absorption rate and sputum negative conversion rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and AST and ALT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of entecavir and glutathione combined with 2 HRZE/4 HR regimen in the treatment of CHB patients with PTB can improve the absorption rate of the lesions, the negative conversion rate of sputum and reduce the liver function damage.
