腹腔镜胃癌根治术与开腹手术治疗进展期胃癌的效果

目的:探析腹腔镜胃癌根治术与开腹手术治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:将2012年1月~2018年12月在某院接受手术治疗的30例进展期胃癌患者作为主要对象,采用数字随机表达法进行分组,每组15例。对照组行开腹手术,观察组行腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:观察组的手术时间明显长于对照组,术中出血量较对照组少,术后肛门排气时间、胃管留置时间、进食流质食物时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌效果显著,术后身体康复快,并发症少,可推广。

Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy and Laparotomy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and laparotomy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:30 patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent surgery in a hospital from January 2012 to December 2018 were selected as the main subjects,and the patients were randomly divided according to the digital random table method,15 cases in each group.The control group underwent open surgery,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,compared the treatment effect.Results:The operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group.The intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group.The postoperative anal exhaust time,gastric tube indwelling time,feeding liquid food time,and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has a significant effect,with rapid postoperative recovery and fewer complications,and can be popularized.
