Therapeutic Effect of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection on Cerebral Thrombosis Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Danshen ligustrazine injection in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cerebral thrombosis vertebrobasilar insufficiency admitted to a hospital from August 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with Shuxuetong injection.The patients in the observation group were treated with Danshen ligustrazine injection for the treatment of cerebral thrombosis vertebrobasilar insufficiency.The total effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups.The basilar artery blood flow velocity and vertebral artery blood flow velocity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was 83.66%(P<0.05).The basilar artery blood flow velocity and vertebral artery blood flow velocity were significantly improved after treatment in the observation group and the control group were both significantly improved.The improvement of basilar artery blood flow velocity and vertebral artery blood flow velocity in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshen ligustrazine injection is effective in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis vertebrobasilar insufficiency.The effect is very satisfactory and it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
