抗生素降阶梯疗法治疗重症肺炎患者的临床效果分析

目的:分析探讨在重症肺炎患者治疗过程中应用抗生素降阶梯疗法的临床应用价值。方法:选择某院收治的110例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规治疗措施,观察组患者实施抗生素降阶梯疗法,对比两组患者临床治疗效果以及肺功能等指标改善情况。结果:观察组患者治疗指标评分和对照组相比较具有显著差异,且肺功能等相关治疗指标改善情况和对照组相比较具有明显优势,P<0.05。结论:针对重症肺炎患者采用抗生素降阶梯疗法,具有显著的临床治疗效果,对改善患者肺功能相关指标具有重要意义,值得推广。

Clinical Effect of Antibiotic Step-Down Therapy in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of antibiotic step-down therapy in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of 110 patients with severe pneumonia admitted in a hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment measures,and patients in the observation group were treated with antibiotic step-down therapy.Clinical treatment effect and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in the scores of treatment indexes between the observation group and the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of antibiotic step-down therapy for severe pneumonia patients has significant clinical therapeutic effect,and is of great significance for improving the relevant indicators of lung function in patients,which is worthy of promotion.
